The following meditation is very simple and is designed to allow you to visualize, imagine and feel what's being said, as you go through it.  You may or may not know all the terms, just imagine what comes to you as you read this excersize. It will assist you in your Awakening.

Take A Deep Breath.

Focus On Your Seven Chakra Centers.

Remember Your Light

and

Your Light Body.

Allow

a Golden Beam of Light and Love

to Flow From Your Crown (head)

to Your Base (of Spine).

Feel this Golden Light

begin to flow up and down

your Chakra Centers.

Healing, Opening, Releasing.

As You Run Golden Light

Through Your Chakras,

Begin to Feel

Your Heart Opening To Receive

The Unconditional Love Of the Universe.

Allow Yourself To Feel

Beauty, Joy, Peace and Love.

Let the Golden Energy of The Divine, Wash Away Any And All

Impurities Or Old Hurts and Fears,

And Invite Your Higher Self

More Deeply Into Your Heart.

Take A Very Deep Breath.

Feel The Love Of Higher Self

Swirling Through You,

Cleansing and Healing.

With eyes opened or closed,

Imagine that you are sitting

in Your Heart Center,

Surrounded by Golden Light.

Begin to dialogue with Your Guides...

and

Your Higher Self

Ask For What You Want

To Experience In Your Life

Right Now!

Affirm That You Are Ready!

Trust That Whatever Changes Are Necessary To Allow This To Happen

Will Be For Your Highest Good

And Will Assist Humanity In It's Growth Too!

See these thoughts and feelings,

like tiny bubbles of light,

begin to rise out of your Heart Center

Floating Upwards towards Heaven.

You Can...

Feel Safe, Feel Loved, Feel Worthy

Grateful To Your Self and Your Guides.

Take This Opportunity To Declare That...

Who You Want To Be,

And Are Becoming...

I Am A Being of Love and Light!
